By accessing LessonCraftStudio, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use our service.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

LessonCraftStudio provides professional worksheet and puzzle generator tools. All generators are free to use with a watermark. Paid products (one-time purchases) remove the watermark and include full commercial rights. Paid products are activated with a license key delivered to your email after purchase.

3. USER ACCOUNTS

Requirements:

  • Minimum age: 18 years
  • Valid email address for license key delivery
  • Maintain security of your license key — do not share it
  • Responsibility for all activity under your license

4. PAYMENT TERMS

  • Pricing displayed on our sales pages at time of purchase
  • One-time payment — no recurring charges or subscriptions
  • 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases
  • Prices may change; your purchase price is locked in permanently

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

Prohibited:

  • Illegal activities or content that violates applicable laws
  • Harmful, offensive, or misleading content
  • Intellectual property infringement
  • Attempts to reverse engineer, hack, or interfere with the platform
  • Sharing, transferring, or reselling your license key

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The platform, generators, source code, and image library remain our property. Content you create using our generators belongs to you. Commercial distribution rights are granted to paid license holders per the License Terms.

7. TERMINATION

  • Your license is permanent for the product(s) you purchased
  • We may revoke a license for violations of these terms with 30 days written notice
  • Content created before termination remains licensed for continued use and sale

8. DISCLAIMERS

  • Service provided AS IS without warranties of any kind
  • No guarantee of continuous or uninterrupted availability
  • No warranty of fitness for a particular purpose
  • You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you create

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for your purchase. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the platform, content you create, or violations of these terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW

Governed by Swedish law. Stockholm district courts have jurisdiction. EU consumer rights preserved.

12. CHANGES

We may modify these terms with 30 days notice via email or website announcement. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
