License Terms

1. GRANT OF LICENSE
LessonCraftStudio grants you a license to use generated content based on your subscription:
• Free Tier: Personal, non-commercial educational use only
• Core Bundle: Commercial educational use within your institution
• Full Access: Unrestricted commercial use including POD and resale
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You own your original content. We retain rights to platform elements. Generated content is licensed per Section 1.
3. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
- Reverse engineer the platform
- Create competing services
- Sublicense platform access
- Remove watermarks from free content
- Use for illegal purposes
4. COMMERCIAL DISTRIBUTION
Print-on-Demand Rights: Full Access subscribers may sell unlimited copies through POD platforms.
Digital Distribution: All tiers may distribute digital versions per their license scope.
5. TERMINATION
We may terminate for breach with 30 days notice. Content created during valid subscription remains licensed.
6. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
Service provided "AS IS" without warranties. We do not guarantee suitability for specific purposes.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Maximum liability limited to fees paid in preceding 12 months.
8. GOVERNING LAW
Governed by Swedish law. Disputes resolved in Stockholm courts.
9. MODIFICATIONS
We may modify terms with 30 days notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
