2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

LessonCraftStudio provides educational worksheet generation tools through subscription tiers: Free (limited), Core (expanded), and Full Access (unlimited).

3. USER ACCOUNTS

Requirements:

  • Minimum age: 18 years
  • Accurate registration information
  • Maintain account security
  • Responsibility for account activity

4. PAYMENT TERMS

  • Current pricing displayed at signup
  • Recurring billing per selected plan
  • No refunds for partial periods
  • Price changes with 30 days notice

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

Prohibited:

  • Illegal activities
  • Harmful or offensive content
  • Intellectual property infringement
  • System interference or damage
  • Unauthorized service resale

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Platform and tools remain our property. User content remains yours. Generated content licensed per subscription terms.

7. TERMINATION

  • Cancel anytime via account settings
  • We may terminate for violations
  • Termination ends access; content license continues per terms

8. DISCLAIMERS

  • Service provided AS IS
  • No guarantee of continuous availability
  • No warranty of fitness for purpose
  • User responsible for content accuracy

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Maximum liability: fees paid in last 12 months. No liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You indemnify us against claims arising from your use, content, or violations.

11. GOVERNING LAW

Swedish law governs. Stockholm courts have jurisdiction. EU consumer rights preserved.

12. CHANGES

We may modify terms with notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
