1. ACCEPTANCE

By accessing LessonCraftStudio, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use our service.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

LessonCraftStudio provides free worksheet and worksheet-generator tools for K-3 multilingual classrooms. All generators and generated worksheets are free to use under a uniform license (see License Terms). No paid tier is currently offered; if introduced in the future, the same uniform license applies regardless of tier.

3. USER ACCOUNTS

Requirements (when an account is created):

  • Minimum age: 18 years to create an account
  • Valid email address used for account communications
  • Maintain security of your account credentials — do not share them
  • Responsibility for activity under your account

4. PAYMENT TERMS

  • No paid tier is currently offered.
  • Payment terms will be published before any paid product is introduced.
  • Refund terms will be published with any paid product.
  • We will provide advance notice if a paid tier is introduced and these terms change.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

Prohibited:

  • Illegal activities or content that violates applicable laws
  • Harmful, offensive, or misleading content
  • Intellectual property infringement
  • Attempts to reverse engineer, hack, or interfere with the platform
  • Sharing, transferring, or reselling your license key

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The platform, generators, source code, and image library remain our property. Content you create using our generators is licensed to you per the uniform license described in the License Terms. The worksheets themselves remain LessonCraftStudio content and may not be resold or redistributed as standalone products.

7. TERMINATION

  • Your license is permanent for the product(s) you purchased
  • We may revoke a license for violations of these terms with 30 days written notice
  • Content created before termination remains licensed for continued use and sale

8. DISCLAIMERS

  • Service provided AS IS without warranties of any kind
  • No guarantee of continuous or uninterrupted availability
  • No warranty of fitness for a particular purpose
  • You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you create

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for your purchase. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the platform, content you create, or violations of these terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW

Governed by Swedish law. Stockholm district courts have jurisdiction. EU consumer rights preserved.

12. CHANGES

We may modify these terms with 30 days notice via email or website announcement. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
