Create professional shadow matching worksheets with two distinct exercise modes in a single generator. Shadow Match mode places 4 colored images labeled A, B, C, D in the top row and 4 auto-generated black silhouettes labeled 1, 2, 3, 4 in the bottom row — silhouettes are created through pixel-level image processing that converts every pixel with alpha > 10 to pure black (R=0, G=0, B=0, A=255), producing accurate outlines that preserve each image's exact transparency profile. This is real pixel processing, not CSS filters or pre-made shadow assets. Make It Whole mode splits 4 images into halves — choose horizontal cut direction (top/bottom halves) or vertical cut direction (left/right halves) — labels first halves A–D and second halves 1–4, and users reconnect the pieces to complete each picture. Both modes use a Fisher-Yates derangement algorithm that guarantees no item appears in its original position, eliminating trivial matches and ensuring every worksheet presents a genuine matching challenge. The derangement recalculates on every generation, producing different arrangements from the same image set. Toggle show/hide labels for the A/B/C/D and 1/2/3/4 identifiers — labels ON provides letter-number scaffolding for beginners, labels OFF creates a pure visual matching challenge ideal for puzzle books and advanced activities. Add optional name and date fields for accountability. The dual-canvas system generates both a worksheet tab and an answer key tab simultaneously — the answer key displays each correct letter-to-number pairing (A → 2, B → 4, etc.) alongside the original images and their silhouettes or complete images, so you never create answer keys manually. The layout adapts automatically: landscape pages arrange items in 2 rows × 4 items, portrait pages use 2 columns × 4 items. A styled header appears with an amber background (#FFC107), white pill container, and 3px amber border displaying "Shadow Match" and instructions in the selected language.
