Grid-match worksheets give kindergartners a tidy matching puzzle: drag each tile to its matching spot on the grid. For five- to seven-year-olds this builds visual matching, position sense, and a little working memory as they hold a picture in mind while they find its place. The picture-based task suits every child regardless of reading level or home language.
